Virtual Guest Lecture by Generation f in the Course "Consumer Behavior"

On January 14, the MCM was pleased to receive a visit and digital guest lecture as part of the course "Consumer Behavior" from the startup Generation f. The three co-founders Sophia Escheu, Julia Kirsch and Carla Schell described the process of brainstorming ideas to their pilot project and explained what Generation f is ultimately all about. In essence, their company serves as a virtual platform for sustainable networking.

Digital visit of Wayne Hoyer at the Marketing Center Münster

Within the master’s course Consumer Behavior, which takes place in the current winter semester 2020/ 2021, the Marketing Center Münster was pleased to welcome Professor Wayne D. Hoyer from the University of Texas in Austin, USA. Professor Hoyer has already accompanied this course for several years and has shared his valuable insights with the students. As a long-standing guest at the MCM, he bears the title VIP (Visiting International Professor) at the University of Münster.

Successful IfM Project Seminar: Brand Management at Henkel Beauty Care

Despite this challenging digital Summer semester, the Chair of Marketing Management (IfM) and Henkel AG & Co. KGaA agreed to stick to their plan to provide 30 Marketing major students the opportunity to participate in a project seminar. Five current and relevant topics around “Brand Management at Henkel Beauty Care: How to Transform Strategy into Growth” required the students to connect both, scientific methodologies and marketing-related practical skills.
