Das Institut für Marketing ist erneuet als Talentschmiede 2018 ausgezeichnet worden. Die Auszeichnung ist Teil des WiWi-Talents Hochbegabtenprogramms, mit dem die WiWi-Media AG Lehrstühle und Professuren auszeichnet, die ihren Nachwuchs besonders fördern. Mit dem Programm werden zweimal jährlich in Zusammenarbeit mit namhaften Partnern aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft die begabtesten Management-Nachwuchskräfte gefördert.

CEM Henkel-Workshop: Creativity, Innovation and Sustainability

25 students from Free University of Berlin, University of Cologne and University of Muenster participated in this year’s Circle of Excellence in Marketing (CEM) Henkel-Workshop, which took place on July 5 at the Henkel headquarters in Dusseldorf. The day started with a welcome note by Jana Mueller, Employer Branding Manager at Henkel. She introduced students to the history, the values and the career opportunities at Henkel.

Dr. Wayne D. Hoyer from the University of Texas to visit the MCM

The MCM is pleased to welcome Dr. Wayne D. Hoyer from the University of Texas in Austin, USA. He will stay at the MCM from September 5, 2018 for approximately one year. Dr. Hoyer is an expert in Consumer Behavior, Customer Insight, and Marketing Communications. His research encompasses amongst others, Processing and Decision Making, Customer Relationship Management, and Advertising Information Processing.

CEM Arvato-Workshop: Digital Transformation of Customer Service

From July 3 to 4, 22 members of the Circle of Excellence in Marketing (CEM) from Berlin, Cologne and Muenster attended a workshop at Arvato Bertelsmann at its headquarters in Guetersloh. The workshop on digital transformation of customer service was hosted and organized by Jiaqing Zhong and Karsten Kraume from the Arvato CRM Solutions division.
