The article of Dr. Sonja Gensler (co-authored with Lisette de Vries and Prof. Leeflang) “Popularity of Brand Posts on Brand Fan Pages: An Investigation of the Effects of Social Media Marketing” has been the top downloaded Journal of Interactive Marketing full-text article of the first half of 2013.
The article was also awarded for runner-up (one of the three finalists) for the 2013 Award for the Best Paper published in the Journal of Interactive Marketing during 2012. It is the 11th year in succession that the awards for the best paper published in JIM are given. Winners are selected through a voting process involving members of the JIM Editorial Review Board.
