Dr. Ann-Kristin Kupfer serves as Track Chair for the Summer AMA 2017
The prestigious American Marketing Association holds the annual Summer AMA conference 2017 in San Francisco, California. For this distinguished conference, Dr. An-Kristin Kupfer serves as chair for the “Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Entertainment Marketing” track, together with Professor Dr. Natasha Foutz from the University of Virginia. The track welcomes papers that address either how digital marketing and social media impact entertainment industries (e.g., motion picture, television, sports, gaming) or how entertainment influences social media and the effectiveness of digital marketing. Topics may include (but are not limited to) artificial intelligence, virality, content marketing, branded entertainment, social media strategies, narrativity, gamification, hedonic consumption, virtual reality, piracy, streaming, and movie economics. The conference takes place on August 4-6, 2017.
