This event will take place in the second term of the winter semester. It consists of a series of guest lectures by selected industry partners from the various action areas of Business Administration (Monday 18.15 - 19.45, H1).

"The Practices of Business: Learning from Leaders" is part of the module " Willkommen zur Betriebswirtschaftslehre! Grundlegende Theorien & ihre praktische Anwendung ", which also includes the lecture "The Theories of Business: The Pillars of Business Administration" and the exercises "You're the CEO NOW: How to Manage Your First Company" and "Applied Empirical Research". The following examination credits and credit points refer to the entire module and are not an individual performance of a single course.

Module Examination Credits: Written exam (75%) + written paper (25%).

Credit points of the module: 12 ECTS (BWL PO 2022)

Description

In the course "The Practices of Business: Learning from Leaders" the practical design of the business action areas marketing, management (human resources & organization), financing and controlling as well as other action areas of business management in digital times will be presented. Managers from companies that are leaders in the various action areas will present their respective management concepts and discuss them with you.

Please note: Attendance at this event and the lectures it contains builds on the content of the event "The Theories of Business: The Pillars of Business Administration".
