Receiving the 2026 MSc Business Administration Teaching Award is a great honor and an encouragement to continue advancing innovative teaching. My teaching philosophy goes beyond conveying marketing knowledge and analytical methods. It challenges students to think critically, connect theory with managerial practice, develop evidence-based arguments, and confidently solve unfamiliar problems. To me, teaching is not only about building domain-specific expertise but also about fostering curiosity, sound judgment, collaboration, and leadership. Equipping students with these capabilities to thrive in an increasingly complex and AI-enabled business environment remains at the heart of my teaching.

I am looking forward to continuing this journey together with our current and future students.
