Guest Lectures bring Sales Management to Life
This semester, students of the Sales Management course gained first-hand industry insights through two special guest lectures.
First, Frank Hanisch and Lukas Lehner from Mars Wrigley discussed the evolving landscape of Omnichannel strategies. They illustrated how the lines between online and offline sales are blurring and how companies use AI to optimize the customer journey across various touchpoints.
Following this, Kenvue took the stage with Farina Wolter and Laura Reintgen focusing on Key Account Management. Their interactive approach, including a lively quiz, fostered a dynamic exchange and deepened the students' understanding of managing strategic customer relationships.
